I know I have a boyfriend and all, but I’m so much *MORE* in love with Tommy.
I met Tommy for the first time on February 27th, 2009.
It was love at first sight.
Well, at second sight. The first time I saw him I thought he was too high class for me.
Then when I touched him, I knew I couldn’t live without him. I just had to have him.
We were destined to be together.
Obviously we’ll take it slow at the beginning, otherwise Tommy might get a bit overwhelmed, and that would be devastating, to say the least.
True, it’s hard to replace the old with the new, but it’s a move I’m willing to make.
Obviously I’ll keep both, wheel out the old when I wouldn’t want to inconvenience the new, and they’ll both be in use for the first few months, so no-one gets too tired.
Eventually it’ll be just me and Tommy together, making beautiful music.
I’m in love, and in lust.
When I blew Tommy for the first time this morning, I knew I’d made the right decision. The feel of him in my hands is perfect, his weight is perfect, nothing feels more balanced or secure in my hands.
There’s just the right amount of give and take in him, we fit together like he was made to be mine.
Tommy is everything I wished for and more. He’s everything I went looking for yesterday and more. I can’t stop looking at him, or smiling, and I’m delirious with ecstasy.
I’ve never been this happy before in my life.
Tommy, I love you, and I always will.
Just to make it clear for people, Tommy is her new Clarinet, it is NOT Tommy Collison -.-
Thanks for the clarification, alan, it needed it!
I was beginning to get a little worried as well…
[...] Naming musical instruments after famous bloggers is probably not a good idea… [...]
Is this like a American Pie moment???
@Ben – Don’t give her ideas!
I feel like i’ve said too much already…
@Alan I thought it was funnier before people knew what I was talking about. =)
@Phil & @Chris I’m shocked that you would both think that of me, sure I’m small and innocent!
&@Chris, thanks for the linkage!
@Ben & @Phil That’s a flute, dudes! And no, that’s just abuse. I wouldn’t do that!! I’ll stick to fingering – Tommy came with a chart and all!
That one time… at band camp?
I’ve never been to band camp. Only orchestra camp!
[...] * Oh, yes, calling my cane Aislinn. Right, so. Explanation time. Aislinn O’Connell is a bloggering friend of mine, introduced (although I have yet to meet her in person) to me by Alan Costello. One time I was at my cousins, I was reading her blog, where she talked about buying me and saying things like ‘eventually it’ll be just me and Tommy together’ and … [...]
