OMG!!
This is Consuela:

Best. Birthday. Present. Ever!!
I was in the computer labs at nine on Thursday morning – it was the last time I was gonna see my friends before Easter, and therefore before my birthday, since we’ve today off college, what with it being Good Friday and all – when Liam called to ask where I was. He wanted to find me for the plan he’s been telling me about since, eh, last week some time.
I was only told that it involved a golf club, so I was kind of terrified, but when he walked into the lab and plonked Consuela down on the desk with his trademark “Bam!” and that mischievous smile of his, I couldn’t help but break into a smile of my own.

I know my friends are crazy, but, seriously, a pinata? God, I love them. They all clubbed together to get it, and then poured six bags of sweets into it.
I could have hit it with a golf club, but I decided instead to do something a little more unusual – we took Consuela to archery.
We taped her to the targets and proceeded to shoot many, many arrows at her. Dave has photos, I’ll post them when I get a chance, but it won’t be until after the Easter holidays. =) I only have a few of my own.

After having shot poor Consuela many times, I decided it was time to rescue her, so I took her off the target and started to walk back down the hall.

However, the lads decided that wasn’t enough and that they still wanted the sweets inside.
So Andrew took it into his head to drop-kick the poor Llama across the sports hall, spilling her guts everywhere.
Still, better drop-kicking her than drop-kicking me!
Best birthday present ever, I have to say. It even beats the ukulele I got last year. =D
You should have raised it in a garden like in Viva Pinata
A pinata… and a ukulele. The challenge has been set – all your birthday presents in future will have to end with a vowel.
Annnd… go.
@TheChrisD: What? They raised a pinata in a garden?? That’s AWESOME!!
I was thinking about planting her in the back garden and seeing if a pinata tree will grow – but that was altogether too much effort, I would have had to, like, water it and stuff.
So instead I’m going to cut off her head and sleep with it in the bed next to me. =D
@kenarmstrong: What about a slinky? Does a y count as a vowel or a consonant? Or can you spell it slinkie? Is slinky copyrighted??
That’s a tough challenge, I bet no-one’ll manage it this year. =)
